What is Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items may be returned with 30 days of receiving the item. However we are not the initial seller therefore you must contact and/or refer to the actual sellers terms for returns individually.

Requirements to get a Full Refund

In most instances these are the requirements to get a 100 % refund.

  • Items have to be in new condition
  • Items need to be returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • Media items (such as, movies, music, video games, and software) must be unopened and still within their plastic wrap
  • Musical instruments, televisions, and electronics must have a UPC or serial number
  • Shoes and clothing have to be unworn

3rd party Seller Returns Policies

While most sellers offer a returns policy equal to our own, some seller returns policies could vary. Each seller's return policy is available on the seller's web site. Handling and shipping charges for returning items shipped by way of a seller are borne by buyer.

Items worth over have to be returned towards seller with a trackable shipping service. Should the order is worth 0 or higher, insure the shipment for the value of this product and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below , we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.

Note: If a package doesn't arrive and you don't make use of a trackable method to return or you refuse the shipment as a method of return, you may not be eligible for refund.

Cancel Pickup Request

After the UPS pickup is requested, you cannot cancel that request until after the first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will always make up to three pickup attempts. Once the first pickup attempt, you may call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Make sure to have your tracking number handy.
